I had the pleasure of being a part of the amazing creative team that brought together the most wonderful styled shoot at new venue Alberts in Standish, Wigan. This is a brand new restaurant and if you’re already married maybe just go and enjoy the restaurant itself but if you are getting married there is a huge choice for you. Whether you have a small amount of guests and want a cosy room with beautiful features or a big area with an amazing bar to the inbetween there is something for everyone.

Shoot created by the lovely and talented Love and Lace.

This shoot is a little different to my usual aesthetic. If you know me i’m all about florals and pink tones. I loved this as a chance to do something a little different from my comfort level. I love the green leafy look and I think Love and Lace just styled everything perfectly - from the little glass vases to the place settings it was just perfect for any modern bride. I chose a mix of ribbons and wax to create texture within the place settings against the amazing marbles hexagon cookies from This Girl Bakes.

I hope you find inspiration even if it’s for small touches or the overall look. I love that it is the green look in a more classic setting to give a new twist to it being somewhere more relaxed and casual than a warehouse.

I love the mix of Neon signs that were used from The Word is Love. From their classic Happily Ever After to their new initials Neon. It looks especially good with the extra gold foliage and leaf installation The Blossom Room added to keep the theme pulled together.

The dresses were provided by the lovely Lulu Browns Bridal. I actually stopped in my tracks by the Jesus Piero gown and cape. The suits from the Groom Hire where you can rent a huge range of suits for your wedding party.

The beautiful Models Laura-Jane Fenney, Dalton Wood, Katie Cunliffe, Bazza Lazza and Evans Ofori were made even more so by the bright and friendly Petite Beautique and Petite Soleil.

Cakes by This Girl Bakes that mirror the hexagon look across the shoot perfectly.

I hope you loved the shoot and make sure you watch the video by Love Gets Sweeter Weddings that captures the mood perfectly.
